1. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday and Fridays 10a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
2. Where are you located?
We are located at 3920 Grand Park Drive Unit D5 in Mississauga. We are one set of lights East of Mavis on the South Side of Burnhamthorpe.
3. How much notice do you require if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?
24-hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep an appointment. We do have cancellation fees and they are as follows: 24 hours notice or more, package will be cancelled without a charge; less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the package price will be charged; No Show, package will be charged at full price.
4. How far in advance should I book my appointment to be sure I get the time and day I want?
We always suggest to pre-book your appointments when your service is completed. This will ensure the correct allocation of time and day in which you would like to come in. If it is your first time at the Zone we suggest 1 week notice. At busy times such as the holiday season, it would be a good idea to book your appointment 1 month in advance.
